Crema De Fruta - Gandara Bakes!

Making Crema de Fruta is neat because you don't have to bake it. As long as you have a fridge and the ingredients needed, you're good to go. Let me show you how to make this creamy and beautiful crema de fruta with clear jello on top. I honestly didn't know I can nail it.

I won't put exact measurements on the ingredients. Because I don't know if you wanna make a lot or just a little. I'll just write the ingredients you'll need. Then you need to adjust the rest to match your preference.

Ingredients:
Graham Crackers
All Purpose Cream
Sugar
egg yolks
cornstarch
canned of fruit cocktail
(save its syrup too)
Alsa clear gelatin powder
Some raisins

Layering:

1. Sift cornstarch and sugar in a pot and mix egg yolk with cream. On low heat, bring to boil until thick. Like the consistency of mayonnaise.

2. You don't have to crush the crackers. You can layer them as is as long as it fits in your pan. If it doesn't, then that's when you crush it.

3. Before you layer your crackers at the bottom, wet them a little bit in your fruit cocktail syrup. Make a crust then spread your cream mixture on top. Repeat the process until you have 2-3 layers. The last layer should be your cream mixture. Top it with your fruits and place in the fridge while you make your jello top.

4. Melt your jello or better yet, just follow the instructions on its package. When you have your gelatin mixture, leave it to cool a little above room temperature. Then you can pour it over your ref cake.

5. Cover and let it sit in the fridge overnight.

The key here is to not pour a boiling hot gelatin over the cake or it will ruin the everything.
